Adults: How can I help?

Does this sound like you….? or maybe someone close to you?

“How come everyone else has got their life together and I don’t”?

And I know it isn’t easy to ask for help, it is not in our nature, we battle on doing our best in the hope that whatever ‘it’ is, will miraculously go away on its own.
